It is a tough version of the carbide scraper. By making it a little thicker,
the rigidity has been greatly improved while keeping the sharpness as it is. (Shaft diameter φ3.175mm)
It can be used without worrying about the breakage of the tip part, which was a weakness of the carbide scraper.
In the same way as a carbide scraper, deburring, face ejection, parting line processing, gate processing,
etc. are possible.
V-groove processing using a triangular blade at the tip is also possible.
